Privacy policy
This policy explains the practical data handling rules for the Patchwork beta.
What we collect
Patchwork collects account details, story prompts, child profile details you choose to enter, generated stories, generated images, usage events, billing identifiers, and family voice recordings when you use the voice beta.
Family voice recordings
Voice samples are used to create a family voice profile. Raw recordings are deleted after clone processing succeeds or fails. The generated voice profile remains linked to your account until you delete it or ask us to remove it.
Children and family data
Patchwork is designed for parent-mediated story creation. Adults should only add child details that are needed to personalise a story, and should avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed for bedtime storytelling.
Billing and providers
Payments are processed by Stripe. AI story, image, and narration providers receive only the content required to complete the requested generation. We do not sell family story data or voice recordings.
Deletion
You can delete generated voices and stories from your account. If you need a full account or data deletion, contact support and we will remove account-linked records that are not required for legal, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.
